I just had to put in my two cents. I have been here almost a year. I am already looking to move out. The sound in these apartments is unbelievable! I mean you can hear everything! People coughing, sneezing, having relations, etc. Simple laughing and talking. Not only that you hear it from all sides! You can live on the 3rd floor and you literally are surrounded by these sounds from every side but the top! Add to that, most people slam doors, cabinets, stomp around etc. You get the picture. Oh and let me add since these apartments are so poorly built. If you happen to live above someone. They are likely to start banging at you, for doing simple living activities. Parking is a joke. Unless you want to pay an extra 45.00 for covered parking. Ended up getting bed bugs in my apartment. Had to throw away my bed, mattress, and some furniture. Another friend who lives in these apartments got bed bugs in her apartment as well. I am moving at the end of the month. Enough is enough! Ridgehell is the proper name for these apartments.
If you can't handle noise, bed bugs, no privacy, neighbor's harassing you, gang activity and crappy parking. Don't move here.
