just look at the fitness center located inside the club house and you will see what river falls is all about. Management are the most unprofessional that I have ever met. For its location right next to a Police station you would think that crime and criminial mischief would be low. there are drug dealers and gang bangers walking around 24/7. my vehicle was broken into .if you can't speak spanish, you will not be able to tell your neighbors to turn their music down. and maintenance
is even worse then management. be sure to not bring any valuables. as for the other postings, I can't belive that a person could do such a bad thing as to recommend these filing cabinet's for crack and meth heads to anyone! oh, dont forget the cockroache's!

Simpson company must do something about the drugs and safety because it's for sure I'm not the only one I decide not rent here because the honest and helpful post of the residents.
