I moved in here thinking it would be perfect. Lots of retail job opportunities near by, it's right by the Aurora Mall.
Within a month of moving in there were several news reports about "gang activity" near by and letters from Aurora Police stating that residence should not answer the door to strangers or go into the parking lots alone and to be aware of personal property and on and on...
In the past year and a half there have been at least 6 deadly shootings in our parking lot, or across or down the street.
The management has done extensive repairs and maintenance to make the place look nicer, new "movie theatre" in the club house, new pool, and so on,
But it is a ghetto, I never ever go outside by myself, not even during the day.
There are break ins, drunk people and lots of sex offenders living near by.
This place is a dump, despite how it looks on the outside. Do not move here, especially if you have kids! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
