I can't believe some of the stuff I read about this place! Someone has an axe to grind, or maybe they are just negative, bitchy people. I wrote a review a year ago when I was new. Now, I have lived here for a year, and I just resigned my lease for another year. My apartment is not cheap, it is awesome. It is well built, QUIET, and my neighbors are nice people, maybe because I am nice to them. I RARELY hear them. I overlook the volleyball court, and it is NEVER loud at midnight, even in the summer. There is a security company that patrols the property at night and is on call as well. They keep the peace. The staff and maintenance people are not only nice, they are extremely responsive! When I ask for a repair or something else, it is ALWAYS done by the next day. The trash piles up sometimes because people are stupid and don't follow directions. That is a people problem, not a property problem. The staff is constantly working on that. The compactors are not that far so i don't know why people whine so much. I love this place. It is apartment living. That means other people are around, and maybe you won't like them. However, the problem in that case is usually YOU. Change your attitude negative anonymous people; it may change your life. I am not afraid to put my name...
