i have been living at saddle ridge for about seven months, and i just finished reading the other reviews. i love it here and i bet most other people do, too. the major complaints are about the other people who live here, instead of the staff or the grounds or the maintenance. yeah, there is dog poop around- because the dog owners here are too lazy to clean up after themselves. yeah, sometimes there is trash on the curb- because pickup is monday and thursday and people are too dumb to understand that or too lazy to walk two hundred feet to the compactor. the gates have been hit by cars, so now they have to be repaired. noise from neighbors happens in any apartment. buy a house if you want absolute silence, or call the cops.
it is quiet here, clean, and anything i have ever needed repaired was done asap. since the new management company took over, the people in the office are great and helpful. that laura was lazy and rude but becky is great. the maitenance guys are polite and really hot.
