They were extremely nice while I was trying to decide which apartment to live on. My final three was this one, and the two on Ontario off of Arappaho (don't mind my spelling). The other two complexes, when looking at apartments of similar square footage, had better floor plans. The reason is that the bathroom was not in the bedroom (in the 1 bedroom plan) and the patio/balcony was not part of the entry. But Saddle Ridge includes washers and dryers, which will save a couple hundred dollars. Also, they had the best price. The others were near or over $800 for comparable apartments. I chose Saddle Ridge because of the management, the price, and the view. My apartment has a great view of Denver and the mountains. I hope my experience living in the apartments (I move in in August '06) is as good as the leasing process. I'll let you all know. The ratings I will give this will be based on first impressions.
