This place is far from a 'ghetto' as others have put it. Chances are they don't know what a ghetto is and have never seen places liuke the Chicago Projects, but the palce is bad because of how strict they are. They charge massive fines for small things and have a dub overweight security guard who wanders around busting people for stupid things all the time. The place is really horrible and they rip you off on the price.

Sounds like you got yourself in some trouble with that "overweight security guard". You can take the guy out of the Ghetto, but you can't take the Ghetto out of the guy..

That last response is really rude! I think his point is (and he's right!) that you can get in trouble with them and have done nothing wrong. The fact that someone gets a stupid ticket from a rent-a-cop doesn't make them Ghetto!
