I am not a resident, but I was a guest to a current resident (my sister). I was horribly mistreated by the top manager there and a new leasing agent!!! The manager talked to me like I was her little kid. I was at the pool with my nieces and nephew (my sister's kids) and their friends when she came running out telling them to stop doing whatever they were doing wrong and she came to tell me. I had no problem with her telling me, but to scold me and raise her voice was way out of line. I went back to ask her a couple of questions to make sure when I take my nieces and nephew to the pool again, I know the rules, and I told her to not talk to me or anyone else like that again because it is extremely rude. She told me I should have had them under control. I was angry and told her not to ever do that again. Then the newly hired leasing agent came defending her honor yelling at me also!!! They then gave me an ultimatum; I could either leave the pool area, or they would call the cops. That said after I confronted her and asked her the questions. She said I wasn't supposed to be there because I wasn't a lease holder and she was being nice to let me stay and watch them swim. I said to both the manager and the leasing agent that I was going to leave and they said "Good! Make sure you take the party you brought with you!" He even watched me out and told other residents at the pool area what happened! As you now know how they may treat their residents let alone the residents guests!! IT'S A BAD MOVE!!!

Not only does the customer service suck, so does the parking and the noise. You can hear EVERYTHING in these cheaply made apartments and it is hard to find parking unless you lease a $75 a month garage!

This is not the first such incident with the manager. She's rude and unprofessional. Residents should file serious complaints with her boss, we did but nothing happened. Maybe if more and more people do it, it will become apparent there is a problem.

I called about a an incident I had with a manager there and talked to another manager about the incident and she sided with the person who did me wrong. They believe you can treat someone in such a way that its okay. I had lied and got caught up in the lie and she yelled and treated me like a little kid. She told me not to ever lie again and don't say something that isn't true. I apologized for lying and told her you shouldn't talk to anyone like that. I called to complain about it and the lady I complained to said "You were acting like a little kid and so she treated you like one. I have to side with her on this one, because you lied to her." I'm not even a resident and thats how they treat you. Wait until you become one and see if your treated any better.

I don't work or live on this community. Heck, I haven't ever been to Colorado. However, I work as a leasing consultant and based on what this person wrote Management was within their rights and doing their job. While things could have probably been handled better by both parties; most communities have rules regarding use of amenities. At every community I have ever worked at ONLY residents are welcome in the pool or MUST accompany any guests. Residential and Guest policies for use of the amenities are likely outlined in their lease or an addendum to the lease. This writer would have received the same treatment on any of the 5 properties I have ever worked at or with and the actual resident might have lost their pool privileges for the year because of their rude guest. People might think this unconscionable but on most community the pool area is for the use of paying resents of the community. While some communities might be kind enough to allow family or even friends to use the pool Managements top priority is to the actual residents of their community. Any disturbance to them by a resident, resident??s children or guest of the resident, should be handled promptly. It sounds like management did just that. I??m looking to move to this area and this community has now made my look at list.

Okay. Not to be EXTREMELY mean, but you seem to have the same ----ed up mentality of those suck ass management/leasing agents!! I was the one that posted. I wasn't there to swim and I didn't bring any outside guests. The children I was watching were, and still are, resident??s children!!! One of the pool rules clearly state that children under a certain age need to be accompanied by adult supervision and I was that supervision!!! On top of that, what the kids were doing ??so wrong?? that she had to run her ass out there and tell them to stop, other kids around them were doing it too but didn??t say a damn thing to them or their parents! I had lied to her saying I was my sister because I was afraid they would kick the kids out while they were having such a good time, but I went to the leasing office apologized to her later and expressed how she should talk to people. Then what happened is they followed us outside to make sure me and the kids packed up and left, and then started talking about it to other residents while we were still leaving! I came to realize that I didn??t break any of their rules, but it ultimately came down to how she talked to me. When I stepped to her to apologize, she felt like she had every right to scold me and raise her voice to me like I was her ------- kid!!! Well -----, I'm not and none of the people who rent there is either!!! To this day, I will not ever go there to take my nieces and nephews swimming!!! To have a job title that requires you to deal with people, the number one thing you need to learn before anything is how to be a people person!! Treat people with respect! Those people are a company's earnings, so suck ass agents?? cause for a suck ass business. This in turn, caused the agent I dealt with to lose her job, and ultimately, the apartment grounds changed hands. Too many complaints were filed for the same thing!!!!
