I lived here for a little over a year and was fairly happy. My first apt. had horrible neighbors but we transfered and were happy. Then the day i brought my newborn baby home we realized we had horrible mold growing through the walls in the bathroom and dining room. It was so bad we had fungus mushrooms growing on the carpet in the dining room. We called several times stressing the importance of someone coming out and it took several days to get a response. Finally the said the walls were full of mold and moved us to another apt in a horrible location on the top floor (which we did not want) we had no choices, however the very next week they had new tenants in my apt with a great location. I kept an eye on it and know they didn't pull out the walls like they said they had too. But moving me and a 3 day old baby was no big deal.
