Because the management company is used to managing slums more than they are apartments on a golf course, this complex is going downhill fast.

In the past few months, almost every building has been graffitti'd, several cars have been broken into and vandalized with eggs.

The management company is unresponsive and unpleasant. You can bet that the only good reviews you're seeing on here are posted by the not-so-educated people working in the leasing office. Do yourself a favor and avoid it -- I won't be renewing my lease.

I was considering renting there until I read all these negatives. But then I checked things out, and I think that a lot of these "1" ratings are bull. Aurora police have gave no reports that validate "crime getting worse", nor the vandalism. We drove thru the lot at night on a weekday, and again late last Saturday night and saw nothing of the sort described - no grafitti on the buildings, no eggs on the cars, etc. Could you please substantiate (i.e. where was the grafitti?)

Call the Aurora police, they'll substantiate it. The leasing office is well aware of the problem -- there's even a note about it next to the mailboxes. If you'd like to know where the graffiti is, for starters, check the window of the computer room (just recently vandalized) and all of the banners facing Arapahoe Road. Sounds like you are working in the leasing office to me. Not surprising.

I agree totally... the graffiti is present though out the complex and IS GETTING WORSE. Yes management is aware of the problem and clean up the graffiti so people like the "inquisitor" move in.. Stay far away inless you like graffiti
