Ooooh where to start'! I've lived here approximately 3 years and am finally buying my own home this summer. I absolutely cannot wait to get out of this place as it's only gone downhill since I moved in!

Management - In 2004 I was nothing less than pleased with the folks in the office. These days' Not so much. Rude. Incompetent.

Grounds - If there was a prize for "Best Watered Parking Lots" or "Most Trash Flowing from Trash Cans by Mailboxes," SRCC would win hands down! As for the new exterior paint...hard to tell when so much of it looks cheap and streaky - yet this is the big selling point I've seen Sonoma Something Rather advertise! Spare me.

Crime - OMG! I've had both my car and apartment broken into! Again, get me out of here!

Demographics - The profile of SRCC renters seems to have changed over the past few years. I teach in CCSD and now have at least 7 students living here with their families. Come on...I'm poor and can afford to buy a home - why not put your kids up in a house rather than a trashy 2 BR apartment'! That's another issue...
