The staff is incompetent. The manager told me that i had to pay the deposit and application fee up front. They didn't call me back with approval when they told me they would so after leaving several messages and stopping by with no response, i found a different place to live. They would't return my $100 fee when i went to pick it up. The manager said that I wasn't required to leave the $100 and so it was my fault! I lost $100 that i wasn't really required to pay up front. This was the worst experience Ive had with any apartment complex.
