What a Dump !!

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
This is a true GHETTO ! Unattended kids run the complex all evening long- even young kids that look 4-5 and there are no parents in site. I've had to call the police a couple of times.
Loud music and parties are the norm-- and if you move on the North side of the complex-- I swear it sound like 100 kids are on the payground- yelling and screaming--- watching TV is out of the question... broken bottles-- the staff- dopn'e even sweep up the broken glass-- I got 2 flat tires within a month.
They've NEVER repaired items I requested 6 months ago.
The bad part about this dump - I had signed on for $575 a month-- then they started renting these dumps for 500- and the management wanted to play hardball- when it come time for a lease renewal.
I am out of here !!
