Old but well kept. If your looking for entertainment options, give up here, especially if you face north. The cable company is cracked out, no possibility of getting into the 90's with internet or digital cable. Office management is great, can't complain there. Maintenance people could speak a little more english though, but hey, if they fix it right, who really needs to communicate with them
