Don't go there

Well I lived there for 3 1/2 years and I hated it. The second month after moving in my car was busted into, I told management and nothing happened, they just said "sorry". The very next day, which I had off of work, a man came into my apparentment while I was in the bathroom, luckly he spoke fast because I was ready to beat the hell out of him. Apparently he had to fix the ceiling on the balcony and management gave permission to enter my apparentment. There was no notice give to me or to the whole complex that they were working on the balconies. Then the man dumped that powder to make the mud for drywalling all over my carpet and asked if I had a vacuum to clean it. Then he used my sink and bathroom without permission. Then he didn't even finish, another man had to come out about a month later to finish the job and during that month my balcony was trashed.
The last year I was there the swimming pool had to be closed about a dozen times to be fixed and cleaned because the residence thinks it is a bathroom.
Also if you like shopping carts, I mean a lot of shopping carts then maybe this is your place because there are everywhere. But there is a guy who cleaned the parking lot and did gather up all the cart and put them in a empty field across the street. So if you think that is a plus or minus, it is up to you.
Air conditioning always broke down so it would get up to about 95-100 degrees in my place and it would take them about a week or two to gete someone out there, then they blaimed it on me saying I froze it up by having the temp to low. I had it at 70, thats is too low to them.
That reminds me, I had a 3rd floor so it was a vaulted ceiling, but above my bedroom was a regular with a attic and there were some sort of critters up there, every day and night you can hear them scratch digging and fighting and it annoyed the hell out of me. I told management and they said it was probably squirrels and that was it, they did nothing.
The only good thing is that the apartment is good size (over 800 sq.ft.) and was pretty cheap, plus they were pretty good on renewals of leases, but that is it.
So there is pros and cons, but to me the cons out weighed the pro.
