This place was AWFUL!!! Our hallway smelled like raw sweage and trash. There was a break in upstairs frome us (We where on the bottom floor) for drugs some guys stiffed this other guy. The grounds where ALWAYS dirty. Vandalism ran wild. Our car and my mother in laws car was keyed. There's kids that are OUT OF CONTROLL!!! It's awful!!! And to top ALL of that off it's a cell dead zone, so if you have a cell phone, forget it!!
The maintence response time was unacceptable. It was on average 3 weeks to a month to get ANYTHING fixed. No one spoke english or if they did, it was VERY VERY little...It was to the point one maintence man was telling me to lie to the staff to get things fixed. Is that really normal'
ONLY move here if your broke and have NO where else to go.....Then get some cash and get OUT!
