The complex has been there a while so it doesn't have the latest modern fixtures and appliances. However, the apartments are clean, spacious and come at a very reaonsable price. The staff was very friendly every time I had to interract with them. I had one emergency maintenance call (leak in the Hot Water heater) which maintenance personnel responded to immediately and did an excellent job replacing the unit while I was at work. Other routine maintenance calls were handled with average responsiveness. The staff was anxious to bring in military tennants and gave me a break on deposits (also have a military clause to cover early lease termination). Location is convenient to Home Depot, WallMart, Century 16 movie theater, Grocery Store, Freeway, and numerous restaurants. I highly recommend it for those looking for an apartment in the Aurora area. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
