If you happen to like birds this is the place to be. Pigeons love this place, they nest and lay eggs where ever they please outside your door, in the stairwells, and on balconies. These pigeons are huge and when you try to scare them away they don't budge they just look at you like they pay rent, and not to mention there wake up calls in the A.M. Anyway, thats my biggest deal about these apartments, I guess they are o-kay. It is a place to live right. The apartments are big and spacious. I actually live there now and have been for about two years, but I wont be re-signing my lease at the end of my term. I believe they are renovating the vacant apartments since Omni Properties are now managing this complex. I was pleased when I first moved in, but now things are starting to fall apart and maitenance has tried to fix these things, but they seem to fall apart again after 1-2 months. I guess renovating isn't such abad idea. The grounds aren't always tidy and the stairwells smell at times and they arent too clean either. I do sweep outside my door, but the office doesn't seem to care too much about how the grounds look. There is always something new being done either to the parking lot is being re-paved or there painting(VERY UGLY COLORS). I hate the color of the buildings now. Nothing ever seems to get finished they are always fixing something either inside your apt or outside. Which doesn't suprise me Omni loves to make a mess of things. At times you have to park a mile away from your apartment because there doing different things and wont allow your vehicles to be park in your parking area. There are big huge dumpsters all over the place and they have been there atleast 6-7 months. I guess if they ever finish cleaning up around there ist would be fine who knows I could go on & on , but I'm done now. PIGEONS, PIGEONS, PIGEONS.

correct once again, you have the lease but the damn birds have your balcony and God forbid you closing in your balcony or trying to sit on your balcony. I wouldn't recommend anyone live here, for I waited too long on my lease but indeed there want be another lease signing. Some kids tagged the hallway door in my building and the door was painted brown but the sloppy maintenance people painted over the writing with white paint instead of repainting the entire door.
