I sprinkler system under my apartment was broken by a contractor, which resulted in a massive flood of my 1st floor apartment. Damage was done to my wood dresser, entertainment center, and the entire floor of new capreting wad ruined by water damage. The whole house reeked of mold and mildew. The apartment manager didn't do a damn thing to remburse me or help up clean up the mess. The 24 hr maintenace guy wouldn't even come out at 1:43 am to help up. He said he's be by in the moring (by that time all my stuff woud have been trash). I convinved the manager to let me out of my lease early because my home was uninhabitable. She was very uptight and rude about the whole thing that was their fault, not mine!
