Let me start by saying this is an Omni managed property. It's the second one I've lived in, and I will NEVER rent from Omni again. They are terrible and cheap.

Property management is a joke and nothing ever gets fixed. They "say" they've renovated things, but c'mon! The cabinets in most units are at least 30 years old! They replaced countertops and painted the cabinets, but the drawers fall out when you pull on them and the cabinet doors are crooked. The apartment we have doesn't look like the model they showed us which had been completely renovated with nice cabinets and fixtures. Our furnance was falling apart and they didn't replace it until we threatened to report them.

The kind of people they allow to move in here are questionable at best. A month ago there was a gang shooting in the west parking lot, and the SWAT team busted down the door of the apartment above us to arrest a known felon. Yeah, this is NOT the kind of neighborhood you want your kids in.

I highly recommend looking elsewhere. There are better places out there if you're willing to spend just $50 more a month.
