I lived here twice before when it was four horizons and then the third time it became sommerset gardens while I was living there. I had gone downhill, the rent was higher than what the apartment was worth and they didn't remove the snow during the blizzard. Me and my friend fell a few times and they didn't care. My son was cut by a broken beer bottle picked up by a two year old on the ground by the office and had to get seven stitches in his arm and they didn't care about that either. Now a year after I moved out I am still getting collection notices about a 180.00 damage bill that I never did. The company has been resold again and nobody seems to be able to help me. I reported the door on my move out sheet and the collection company also sees that. However, the "new" manager, not the one I talked to in December, said she can't take any charges off that they charged me. Interesting how I have now been dealing with this over a year and thought it was cleared up and it isn't. It is on my credit bureau and has been since the first month I moved out. Nobody would return calls and couldn't tell me what the charges were for until December 2007. I had a door that was broken and I reported it on my move out basically, the door after a year finally took it's toll and broke the rest of the way. They are charging me 180.00 for the door that I reported broken when I moved in. If you value your credit and way of life then don't move here!!!
