I have been here for about 2 years, and recently the staff went through a huge change, not for the better. The new maintenance people are rude and lazy, the phone never gets answered, there is only one person in the office who will help you and the rest ignore you or are rude if you can actually get them to talk to you. I don't need much but when I come in to pay you, I expect at least a thank you and a smile. Having someone in to fix something has become a joke, as Tony-'- does it halfway and takes weeks to send someone back over or just says too bad, that's how it is. I hate moving and thought I would be here a while, but these new people have convinced me to move on.
