Dont be fooled. All service ends once you sign the lease.

Make damned sure you check EVERYTHING in your apartment and have it fixed BEFORE you sign the lease and give them any money, because afterwards you will NOT be able to get any maintenance done.Just because they say " we'll send someone over to take care of that" doesnt mean they will. Trust me on that. Service requests and promises made by office staff put in 7 or 8 times will either be done half-ass or not at all, with no explanation as to why not.Their plan is apparently to ignore you until you eventually give up leave them alone. The office girls will just tell you whatever gets you out of their sight the quickest, and then never follow up on whatever they promised you they would have taken care of. The cheerful, helpful smiles they give you before you move in will quickly turn to irritated, disdainful sneers once they have you locked in to your lease. Maintenance is non-existent, the office staff obviously couldnt care less, and I pick up the trash in front of my own building because nobody else will. It's a real dissapointment because the place has potential. Decent curb appeal, but the way they take care of the place, in 5 years it will be just another crappy, run-down aurora apartment complex. Oh, and the omni-present loud bass from the gangsta-teenagers who are always hanging out in the parking lot in their cars is an added bonus of living here. If you enjoy coming home to loud thumping/ vibration noises for hours on end, Stone Cliff Heights is the place for you!

Amen! I couldn't agree more. If they don't replace the staff or have them take some serious customer service training, this place is going down hill. I definitely hear the loud bass music, not to mention the little hot-rods that want to peel out or speed through the parking lots like they are race tracks, even though there are many families that live here with little kids playing on the sidewalks or parking lots. But even if you say something to the staff-concerning noise or maintenance issues- there is little that they do to help. And you basically have to walk in to make the complaint b/c calling goes unnoticed with them. They don't answer, return calls, or do anything about your messages. It's ignorant how rude they are once you are a tenant. |
