I have had one problem after another that i didnt even cause. There was a leak in the Apt below mine and for some reason they had to come and cut holes in my bathroom. Long story short i had to clean for two hours ust to be able to take a shower and was out of a shower for three days without a warning, then when they had put the faucet on wrong and i had called to ask them to fix it i was told i had to put a work order in and it would take a few days... meanwhile i wouldve had to take cold showers if i wanted to shower!!!! BIggest joke ever, mgmt totally lies and is very unhelpful. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

Did it occur to you that maybe the leak was coming from the pipes in your apartment and that's why they had to work there? It's not really something that management could have forseen.

Completely agree; they are very unhelpful and I don't think they care who knows it once you sign your lease.
