This property is gorgeous. There is a ton of grass and gardens through out the entire community. The management was changed over in August, since then there have been a few bumps but they are really doing a lot of work. There is new equipment in the gym, a new TV in the clubhouse, better internet in the bus. center and they are putting new furniture by the pool. The new company is also remodeling all the apartments, even for people who already live here. Maintenance is pretty good, Sharon is a little gruff but she gets here, and the office staff try to do everything they can to help out, I've seen the leasing girls taking out trash for elderly residents and helping to shovel snow in their heels. Over all everything isn't perfect, but a lot of effort goes into the community. Oh, and at the Holiady party they ordered in Macaroni Grill for everyone, had presents and prizes for the kids, and did raffles for prizes and free rent for the adults.
