At the point that I was looking for an apartment at the beginning of the year I came across this website and I SHOULD have listened to the comments about the staff. I have had numerous problems with the assistant manager already- including disputes over my owing money to the community. (which, was accounting errors on their part) Even the letters left on my door threatening that I pay promptly were extremely rude and insulting. First I argued over whether or not I paid for my washer/dryer upon it's set up. I ended up dishing out another check for that to end the arguement. THEN a month later, I find out there's a credit on my account (for that same amount! UGH!) Then the most MAJOR issue--I called in my rent for processing by credit card over the phone TO THE ASSISTANT MANAGER and she neglected to process my payment. I now have a threatening letter on my door saying I will be evicted in 3 days for lack of payment and SUED!!!! I would NOT recommend calling in payment for rent to the staff!

Overall, would NOT recommend moving here. I have NEVER in my life had so many issues with staff at an apartment complex. And there is a very bad pigeon problem. There are birds all over the buildings and droppings all over the patios.
