The noise is bad. dont live on the 2nd floor. Also people dont clean the dog poo up in the yards. The managament is rude. When we moved in and finally got the keys. The apartment was dirty. I dont recommend this place

People don't clean up the dog poo because they pay a 200 dollar non refundable fee plus a refundable fee of 200 dollars in addition to a 30 dollar a month dog rent for the property workers to clean it up. It is very expensive to rent with a pet but that is why the doggy poo is not taken care of right away.
