We had a bad experience with Stone Cliff Heights. Our neighbors were extremely loud and the walls extremely thin. After filing 12 noise complaints with no resolution we just stopped filing... we moved out a few months ago and were charged an outrageous amount for small things that were wrong with the apartment when we moved in. Make sure you take pictures upon moving in, and have someone from the office walk your apartment with you, along with taking pictures on the move out, otherwise you will get stuck with a surprise bill of over $2500!!
