Maintenance was not timely and came into your aprtment without giving you warning. The common areas were not taken care of (ex. glass around the swimming pool, broken weight set). The office staff treats you horribly if you complain about anything and nothing gets resolved. After moving out they charged me for replacing carpet in the whole apartment when there were only a few stains. Ownership changed 3 times while we were there, as well as the management. All in all, a very bad experience and would advise anyone against renting there.
