This apartment complex is TERRIBLE. The leasing office does not EVER answer the phone, and if they do they are completely dismissive of their tenants. They DO NOT CARE about ANYTHING. Here's just a few things that happened to me:

Upon lease signing I was told my apartment had a fireplace. When I moved in, there was no fireplace. I talked to the girl who I worked with on my lease, and she said "I don't remember saying that you had a fireplace." She is a liar. My friend who was with me when I signed the lease even remembered her saying there was a fireplace- but she still denied it.

The copy of the lease I have says my rent is $705.00. Somehow their copy managed to say &707.75. I know it's only 2.75, but that's messed up.

I already had a washer and drier when moving into the complex, so I told them I didn't want to rent one. They put me in an apartment with a washer and drier and attempted to charge me for it. I told them I didn't want it and that they needed to remove the washer and drier, meanwhile MY appliances were sitting in my living room for two weeks. After they removed their washer and drier that they was not supposed to be there in the first place, they charged me $150 for "appliance relocation." You know where they moved the washer/drier' TO THE APARTMENT DIRECTLY NEXT TO MINE. They would not budge on the $150 either.

The security patrol came to my door one day because I had called about the noise in the apartment next to mine. The security patrol accused me of being the one playing the loud music and was incredibly rude. I explained to him that I was the one who called but he didn't believe me. I slammed the door in his face and he kept knocking until I came back and opened it again. He then continued to yell at me. I told him to leave or I'd call the real police. He left.

6 months into living there I got a note on my door saying that I needed to pay a $50 fine for cigarette butts on the rocks below my apartment. I don't smoke anymore, but when I did, I had an ashtray. In order to avoid the fine that I could not afford they told me I had to pick up the cigarette butts, which WERE NOT MINE.

Some new people moved in below me after about 10 months. They constantly have their music on so loud that it shakes my furniture. I called six times within two days and the leasing office did nothing about it, regardless of if it was after quiet hours or not. The security patrol never even came.

THIS IS ONLY A SMALL LIST OF THE TERRIBLE THINGS THAT HAVE GONE ON WHILE I HAVE LIVED HERE. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE AND WOULD NEVER SUGGEST THAT ANYONE MOVE IN HERE.

I live here and have since May 2009 I absolutely agree with you on this. Charges and Rent for me have been different but the same as in my rent isn't what my lease said it would be and I've been charged for things that make no sense....Yay for living here huh?

It's terrible. I am leaving at the end of my lease in the middle of december and never coming back. I just called again about my loud neighbors and the lady I talked to was a complete b*tch. i hate it here.
