The maintenance it terrible to say the least. My roomate and I have lived there for 5 months and its one problem after another. The first day we were there we listed the problems which most have yet to be fixed. The same week a water pipe broke and flooded our apt and the 2 apartments below us. The dishwasher hasn't worked since day one and the water pressure is shot. The heater usually manages to break when its snowing out. There is a family of woodpeckers that live in my wall. Its like clockwork. They wake me up every morning about 7. If thats not bad enough. There is a small mouse that somehow creeped into the apt. According to the leasing office we should just go buy a mouse trap. They said its not so unusual since we live next to a field. They said they couldn't call an exterminator because the poison vapors could get into the carpet and into the dryer. You've got to be kidding me! They told us the dishwasher doesn't work properly because we don't rinse and stack the dishes properly. RIGHT! My advice to anyone interested in this property should keep on looking.
