I lived at Sunchase for 4 years. Repairs were not completed in a timely manner, they could not keep track of the rent amounts and they are not familiar with landlord/tenant rights and laws. The police conducted a raid in the apartment below mine and management did not even pursue an eviction even though the police had to draw weapons and there were drugs involved. If you have children or are a peaceful person that does not enjoy drama do not rent here let the criminals have it.
