I have really enjoyed living at Sunchase. Management has always been really good and communicative and any work order requests I have put in have been taken care of in a timely matter. For the most part, it is a very quiet community and I have always felt safe. I have a little boy so that is always a concern of mine. The play area is nice for the kids and I have never had trouble finding parking. The apartment itself is roomy and it's nice to have a full washer/dryer. The location is good if your on this side of town...there are stores nearby and a 7-11 on the corner. I'm relocating up north but would move back in a heartbeat.
