Sunchase Apartments

DONT WASTE AN APPLICATION FEE! From: blondieb1225 Date posted: 10/17/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   Since the new management has taken over, a new sight has come to sunchase, EMPTY APARTMENTS.....Ive lived there for 2 years and this is the last month of my lease needless to say, Im not staying. Maintenance is great at getting to problems, but the work orders sit on the desks of the incompetent leasing staff for weeks before the guys even hear of it. The grounds are unkept and the tenant are usually 20 something party-aholics who like breaking to cars and shooting guns. The aurora police has a rap sheet on this place a mile long. (unbeknownst to me until now) I dont recomend moving here unless you like living in a broken filthy loud complex.
