These apartments are okay for young first time renters with a small income. The floorplans are nice and the area is quiet. However, upon moving in there will probably be several things that will not be fixed until you notice them days later. Then, maintenance will not get to your problems for a couple of days even if your problem is serious or of a security nature. If you decide to lease make sure you check all window and door locks and all appliances because some are most likely broken.
