TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
I lived at Terrace Gate for nearly 3 years before I was able to get out. The absolute worst service I've ever had.
The water heater was poorly maintained and dumped 20 gallons of water on my furniture, flooded the whole apartment.
Drug dealing neighbors, entire complex filled with junkies. (i called the police atleast once a month due to this and parties)
Trash and litter all over the complex, terribly maintained building and grounds.
My car was broken into 3 times in 3 years there, they would do NOTHING about it.
Whats worse, now that I've moved out, they sent me to collections for "cleaning" after i moved out. I cleaned that apartment from top to bottom before I left.
DO NOT RENT HERE! WORST SERVICE EVER!!
