I've only lived here for 4 months or so but they have replaced my water heater, fixed the toilet, fixed the furnace and a few other things all very quickly. They are very friendly and cheerful. The pool and hot tub could be kept cleaner. The bathroom vent and the stove hood don't vent to the outside(not sure why they installed them if there is no venting) The neighbors seem pretty cool and there has been no noise so far. There is noise from Alameda's traffic though. The sliding screen doors need replacement. I have only bothered them about it once and will try again and leave another comment here, good or bad.
