I lived at the complex for a year plus. This new guide that they have for you to qualify is a bunch mess. You have to move from your old apt to another old apt while yours is getting fix. What since does that make' An it's a big chance you want get your oringal apt back. This company is only about a profit and not your lease. Keep in mind you don't have to agree to this choice because YOU HAVE A LEASE........ What can they do'

I understand what your are saying. Manager is a joke, assistant as well, no parking. Very dark want increase lighting and trash moving in. To top it all off last a tenant apt was broken in broad day. Never fix the sliding door to give her a secure feeling. Service stinks all the way around starting for owner to employees. Stealing car items in the summertime just can't tho hear what's going to happen this year. NO SECURITY......SHOOT OUT just before i moved in January and it was cold. Management act nothing happen didn't hire any security service Pam is a royal ----- and a kiss ass to the new guy that's seeing over all the changes. SHE'S A STUPID PERSON NOW SHE CARED ABOUT THE TENANTS NOT ANYMORE...
