OK so we have been living here since May 3rd 2008, we are breaking our lease just to get away from all of the problems. They give you one day notice for entering your apartment you cant tell them NO. The managment is rude. They do not do their book keeping very well at all due to they lost have of our deposit and we didnt recive any information on that till we went in to put in our 30 days notice. Our car was broken into even though there are signs everywhere stating that APD patrols the area regularly, and the first thing the office said to us. " would you like to put 70.00 dollars down on a new garage. We have gone through 3 sets of managers all of the other ones were fired, their construction company is rude and does not clean up after them selves due to having to pay for new tires becasue of the nails that were left in the road, and they over charge you when it is a restricted income housig complex. POOR people with no money and thats all they after. DO NOT RENT from this place unless you love to deal with rude managment and horrible service.
