Somewhat overpriced. Office staff is friendly and helpful, always attentive to residents needs. Apartments are somewhat poorly insulated and drafty, however, noise levels are low. Building and grounds maintenance could use some improvement. Perhaps more careful consideration could be given to the quality of people allowed to rent. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
