The old woman in the office now is nothing short of a rude -----. She looks down her horrid wrinkly nose at anyone who walks in the door like they are all beneath her. Got news for her. Its the other way around.
I've lived in the highrise for 5 years and love it expect for one thing. The staff has ruined it all. I hate asking to have anything fixed in my apartment because of this one old hag. She thinks she is hot but she forgets how old and wrinkly she is and is really gross!
I pity anyone who has to go into that office and deal with her. Dont know why she keeps her job because on stop of everything else, she doesnt know a dam thing!
