The floors are so weak that you can hear everything above you and below. Especially loud music which vibrates everything off the walls. I like the apt floor plan but would be nice to get some a/c in the bedroom and not just in the dining/living room that shoots straight to the kitchen Management won't do anything about it because it is before 10 but they don't anytime, to get anything done you have to call the police and then you risk personal danger from the other tenant. You only have one washer and dryer for 12 units which is inconvenient to do laundry. The so called work out room in the main building is a joke, the machines don't work. People do not clean up after their pets as they should. I have a few months left on my lease and will not be renewing. The covered parking is cheap but is not safe as there is no lighting and not enough lighting around the buildings to compensate for it.
