The management team that runs this dump is completely rude and unprofessional. I lived in these apartments for over 4 years and every year it keeps getting worse, especially after the new management took over. This past year they sent my renewal letter 2 months late and still only gave me 1 month to make a decision of whether I were to stay or move out, normally they give you 3 months. I was forced to stay here another year because they said they reached their quota for the 6 month leases. They raise rent without letting you know. The elevators never work, the building is filthy and graffiti is everywhere. It's like staying in a motel on colfax. I'm in the process of finding a new place and will be breaking my lease if need be. DON'T LIVE HERE!!!
