Terrible place to live. Looks like a ghetto.

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
It once took the maintenance 7 weeks to check out our A/C last Summer. It was over 90 degrees for a couple of months. We live on the top floor, so it was even hotter. Right now, they are tearing down all the balconies. The complex looks like crap. Definitely not worth the $815 we pay every month for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. When our lease is up, we are out of here. They told us that they fumigate once a month for bugs, but we have had many ants in the Summer, and lots of flies in the fall filling our apartment. I would never recommend this complex to anybody. I called security about a group of kids hanging around the parking lot one night. I don't know if they ever showed up.
