We have lived at Waterfield Court for 11 months now and are getting ready to renew our lease for another year. They didn't raise our rent and even gave us the current special! We looked for a better value (thinking of a 2 bedroom) and couldn't find one in Aurora. When we first visited the complex the staff was very friendly, helpful and informative and still are. We were having trouble finding a place that would take our 30# dog and not charge us an outrageous fee. Waterfield court was the place. They are built very solid, so the only noise you may hear is if it comes through the front door or windows. We rarely even know if our neighbors are home. I like that there are alarms on each apartment. Although we have never had a problem I think thay may have something to do with it. Burglers know there is no use even trying here. The maintenance staff is knowledgable, courteous and prompt. If you report a problem they come and fix it. If not, just call the office and someone is there that day. You had better like dogs and children though, because they are everywhere!
