They let people in to your apt!

This apartment complex started out nice. It is in a good location, and the surrounding neighborhood is nice. The common areas of the complex are nice, the building exteriors are attractive, and I didn?t have any problems with neighbors, loud noise, animals, etc.
However, during the time that I lived there, things went downhill rapidly. They began construction on the balconies and would never tell anyone why, so the balconies and outside walls of all the buildings were ripped up and ugly for over a year. Small discounts were given for this major inconvenience.
Parking is a problem here - there isn?t enough of it.
Maintenance is a problem here - they take days to respond and when they do come over they are not too nice.
Furthermore they will let people into your apartment without notice or permission. I had a washer dryer rental guy come into my aprtment using a key given to him by the office one day. When I asked them about it, they told me that the rental people are separate and that if they need in, they will get let in and the apartment complex doesn?t have any control over it. This is of course a violation of the lease they refuse to admit. Maybe I should dress up as a rental guy and go in to people?s apartments'
I know the balcony work has since been completed, but when I needed to move out, they threatened to evict me because I still had stuff in the patio closet that I could NOT remove because access to it was all boarded up. Calls and letters to them about this went unanswered and eventually they threw all my st uff away without contacting me!!
If you move into Waterfield Court you will be disappointed. Try next door - there is a brand new apartment complex there.
