This is the third apt complex I have lived in. I even lived in a government assisted complex as my first place out on my own. The government assisted was MUCH better, and MUCH more customer oriented than this place.

Many complaints, horrible looking apts, balconies that have been under construction since I hace lived here (11 mos). Many dogs, LARGE dogs, there is ---- everywhere. Parking is insufficient, two of the people in my building have had cars stolen since I have been here, and my room mates girlfriend car was messed with.

However my main two complaints are the fact that they towed my car, without WARNING. I was parked in the spot I PAY for and they still towed it. They claim to have left notes for me, but I never recieved them. They know where I live, if they have a problem they could knock on my door, not tow my car. When I asked them about it, the manager of the complex was VERY unfreindly and very bitchy.

Second complaint is the maintenance. My bathroom has a floor that is falling apart, and I have asked them to fix it once a week for the last two months. HORRID. My room mates bathroom ceiling is caving in. There is water damage and it looks like its going to fall on him. Yet it has been a month since he reported this, nothing.

I have also had people ask me about where I live and I tell them to not even bother looking here. The staff, management and maintenance are completly horrible.

One of the positive statements towards this place, sounds just like the attitude this places management puts out. I wouldnt doubt that it was them that put that there.

Very VERY un-satisfied.

Oh ya, I was rating this place below, "ease of move in", it reminded me. When we moved in our place was a TOTAL mess. It looked like cats had resided in our place before us, and they didnt own a vaccuum cleaner. The carpet was stained and hair was everywhere. After I saw that I should have DEMANDED my money back and lived in a garbage dump, it would have been better than this place for a year.
