This apartment complex does not paint, as required by law, before a new tenant moves in. The cabinets are covered in contact paper that is peeling. There is dirt and grease on the ledges, in the kitchen, and in the bathrooms. Things are broken. Countertops are stained and scratched. The bathtubs are stained. The lighting is dirty and insufficient in the dining area. The management and maintenance people blame everything on the complex being 17-years old. The bathroom sink is plugged up. There are spider webs on the walls and ceilings. I have been here almost a month and there are still things uncleaned or unfixed. The outdoor stairs are full of filth. The grounds are full of dog poop. People work on their beater cars in the parking lot. People sit in their cars with their boom boxes turned way up.
