I have no idea where people come up with such stupid things. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this complex. I have lived here for 1 year and a half and the only thing that I can't stand is the dog crap and we all know who's falt that is, stupid unresponsible people who have no respect for the place they live in. Waterfield Court has paid someone to walk around and pick up after all of these dumb pet owners, I think they deserve credit there. As far as the balconies go, yes it's annoying but crap happens and sooner or later you are going to have to take care of that sort of stuff. The fact that it is taking so long isn't the apartments falt, it is the first company they had working on them's falt. Find out your information before you spread the wrong stuff!! These apartments are nice, they are far from being ghetto. They are in a safe spot of Aurora, it is nice here, close to shopping and me being a girl am not at all afraid of taking me dog out at night. As far as cars stolen, yes that's true but that happens everywhere, dah! The great thing about this apartment is while all the other surrounding apartments are on the breed restriction kick, Waterfield allows you to have breed, any size, and you can have 2 of them, that's awesome, especially for Rottweiler owners like me. This place is fine, the cable is free, you don't have to pay for water, there are no stupid hidden fees, I wonder if the people who bashed this place have ever opened their eyes and looked at other places. I encourage people to come here, it isn't that bad for the money you pay!!!
