I have lived at Waterfield Court Apartments for over 10 years. I love it here. I have looked other places out of couriosity but have never left. I have recommended this place to all of my friends and have several of them living here with me. They also have not had any problems. Of course they are working on the balconies but they are giving a good discount that is not required by law to do. They are doing it any way. I think that the people that are disgruntled would not be happy any where they lived, even if they owned their own place
